Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times We currently ship within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are 8–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
